Katie Fine’s journey began in her teenage years at a local coffee shop, sparking her passion for the industry. After graduating from Auburn University, she turned a Kickstarter campaign into the launch of Karma’s Coffee House in 2015. With the help of her husband, Jacob, Karma’s became a community cornerstone, winning multiple “Best of the Best” and “Best of Bama” awards.

Its menu celebrates collaborations with local businesses and fresh flavors, extending her commitment to building strong partnerships with local businesses and creating meaningful experiences. BECKY WATKINS
EXECUTIVE CHEF & GENERAL MANAGER
Becky Watkins brings over 25 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries to her role as Executive Chef and General Manager at Jubilee Coffee and Wine Bar. Originally from Brevard, North Carolina, Becky has worked in diverse roles across the Southeast, including Executive Chef, Sous Chef, General Manager, and most notably, as the owner of her own mobile catering business. Her entrepreneurial background adds a unique perspective to her leadership at Jubilee.
Becky’s career includes positions at prestigious establishments such as A. Marshall Hospitality, Grays on Main, and several renowned country clubs. She has developed expertise in catering, event planning, menu development, and team building, all grounded in her education in Culinary Arts from Asheville-Buncombe College.
Most recently, Becky relocated from Franklin, Tennessee, to Cullman, Alabama, to take on her new role at Jubilee. She is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. In her leadership role, Becky brings her culinary vision and management expertise to life, curating menus and experiences that reflect her passion for hospitality and her commitment to excellence.
